       PANTAI CENANG 

                 Located at the south-western tip of Langkawi and lined with a mix of resorts, luxury     hotels and restaurant, this two kilometers sandy beach is fringed by coconut trees and casuarina.

TELAGA AIR HANGAT

                    Air Hangat Village is located about 14km of Kuah town. A cauldron of boiling water     was used as a missile in the fight. The spot where it landed became a series of Hot Springs gushing into the air, giving rise the name Telaga Air Hangat.

     BERAS TERBAKAR

              Padang Beras Terbakar or literally Field of Burn Rice is another attraction place in Langkawi due to the history. Location at Padang Mat Sirat and about 10 km from Kuah.

      MAKAM MAHSURI

                     Mahsuri was a young woman who lived in Langkawi, Malaysia either during the 14th or 19th centure. According to folklore, she was accused of adultery and executed by stabbing. Her tom, MAKAM MAHSURI, has become a tourist attraction on the island.

TELAGA TUJUH

Telaga Tujuh Waterfalls is billed as the island's most wonderful natural attraction. Set on Langkawi's western headlands, its name means Seven Wells Waterfalls referring to a series of  seven connected natural pools fed by seven separate waterfalls in Mount Mat Cincang.

   ELEPHANT ADVENTURE

Langkawi Elephant Adventures is located adjacent to Langkawi Cable Car at the Oriental Village.

            Laman Padi Langkawi is Langkawi's latest attraction and one that should not be missed for   agro-tourism lovers. Located at Pantai Cenang, in the vicinity of the island's popular beach resorts and just 10 minutes from the airport, Laman Padi Langkawi showcases the history, heritage and development of the nation's rice growing industry.

TANJUNG RHU

Located just beyond Pantai Pasir Hitam, Tanjung Rhu has one of Langkawi's best shorelines. The waters are as clear as crystal, the sand is powder-fine and driving towards this beach you'll have to pass a dense corridor of jungle.

GUA CHERITA

A short journey by boat from Tanjung Rhu brings you to the doorstep of Gua Cherita (Cave of Lagends). As its name implies, the cave is steeped in fabled tales of mystery and romance. On the walls of the cave can be seen ancient writing which has yet to be deciphered. The cave found here has a legend  of a giant Vishnu eagle that used this cave to shelter and protect a royal princess from China in the legendary tale of Hikayat Merong Mahawangsa. For those who dare venture into the cave you will have the opportunity to see a rock formation that resembles a sleeping princess. The beach fronthing the cave will give an angler hours of superb finishing.
